Possible tasks within this role

Advising Volkswagen AG and other group companies on tax matters related to international business activities

Analyzing and evaluating tax implications of cross-border transactions

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, particularly documentation requirements

Collaborating with internal departments and external advisors to identify and assess tax risks

Participating in unilateral and bilateral mutual agreement procedures
Qualification requirements
-
Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Tax Law or a comparable qualification
-
Relevant practical experience in international tax law, preferably in accounting/taxation within an internationally operating industrial company, the financial administration, or a tax consultancy firm

Knowledge of tax reporting as well as risk management and compliance
-
Completed tax advisor exam desirable

English language level B1
