Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to fill the VWCV Special Markets Consultant position in the VWCV Department - NSO (Sandton)
Brief Role Description
Plan and facilitate the selling of VW Commercial Vehicles to Government, State Owned Entities , Diplomatic and Physically challenged markets, through the compilation and submission of RT57 State Tender Contract, which becomes the foundation and operative document that assists in formulating and implementing strategic inputs which help to increase sales and market share by penetrating new market opportunities, such as full maintenance leasing companies that are contracted to government structures. Identify corporate sales opportunities and build relationships with fleet customers and dealers to secure incremental sales for the VWCV brand.

Qualification requirements
|
A formal 3-year Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution in Marketing / Public Relations / Commerce A relevant post-graduate qualification would be advantageous |
Experience needed
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail / marketing / sales with above average VW Commercial Vehicles product knowledge.
- Extensive experience in dealing with large client groups.
- Extensive experience in tender compilation and administration
