Role Description
In this key position, you will join a dynamic, innovative, and Customer driven Field team and will support our Atlantic-based dealers. Your enthusiasm in satisfying customers, passion for our products, teamwork, professionalism and an outcome driven approach will contribute to our mutual success. As Area After Sales Manager, you will coach dealers and implement business development tactics and leverage marketing programs to ensure the growth of the Parts and Service business, This role will be responsible to visit dealerships on a regular basis to observe processes, identify performance opportunities and provide face to face guidance to implementation business plans and strategies to increase Customer Satisfaction, and grow Parts and Service market share within agreed upon business objectives.
You will be responsible to manages the performance of Dealers and work cooperatively in a dynamic environment, with various stakeholders. You will analyze Financial Statement, review Performance reports and identify trends to develop comprehensive and innovative service, parts, accessory sales tactics to facilitate the attainment of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Work with Dealer Principals, General Managers and Fixed Operations staff to develop and execute business plans that ensure consistent high-quality customer-oriented processes that meet Volkswagen Operating Standards.
Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $96,700 – $116,700, actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Dealers on necessary actions to attain mutual business plan goals and develop, implement, and adjust key activities to achieve critical targets.
- Aggressively capitalize on retail growth and loyalty opportunities while guiding Dealers to implement and leverage targeted marketing and merchandising actions.
- Assist Dealers to ensure high-quality service core processes, achieve customer satisfaction goals, and support escalated Customer Care case resolutions and car down situations.
- Spot check retail and warranty touch points to VW standards and optimize Genuine Parts and Service sales goals.
- Promote use of B2C, D2D, Autopart, Data Sharing, Service Lead, Quality Checks, Predictive Marketing, Bookings, and other aftersales initiatives.
- Promote Parts wholesale dealer participation through CollisionLink, PartsLink24, and Wholesale Parts Pro, while ensuring Accessory selling is integrated into the vehicle sales process.
- Develop dealer selling best practices to achieve Pre-Paid Maintenance targets and Accessory sales goals.
- Ensure Area Dealers meet all Brand Operating Standards, training and certification requirements, and validate proper use of the Service Loaner program and funding.
- Manage Area marketing and administration budgets to achieve the best return on investment and support effective Dealer performance.
- Act as a change agent for digital vehicle inspections, e-payment, service videos, texting solutions, and live scheduling, while documenting Dealer contacts, visits, action plans, and maintaining formal escalations aligned with the National Manager and Network Development.
Qualifications
Formal Education
- Bachelors degree in Commerce or Business preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of After Sales experience (Retail or Wholesale)
- 3+ years of supervisory expereinced preferred.

- Proven analytical skills.
- Bilingual (English / French) required.
Work Flexibility
- This position is fully remote and requires the successful candidate to work independently while maintaining regular collaboration with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel, attend meetings, and support dealers during business hours as required.
- Overtime may be required from time to time to support operational priorities and business objectives.
