Internship Thermal Management Air Conditioning (f/m/d)

Shape the future of thermal management with us! We develop innovative systems to improve the efficiency of vehicle air conditioning – from simulation to real-world prototypes. As part of this development, we analyze the system concept through simulations and build vehicle-based prototypes for validation and functional testing. Join our team and gain hands-on experience in design, assembly, and exciting test bench experiments.
Possible tasks within this Role

Supporting the evaluation of different concept approaches

Researching relevant literature

Designing components and assemblies, including creating technical drawings

Performing tolerance analyses and oversee manufacturing processes
-
Assessing component quality and assemble modules
Qualification requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (with at least 89 credit points) in natural sciences, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar fields
- Good to excellent academic performance
- Enjoy tackling design-related challenges
- Experience with thermodynamic systems
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Pro/E Creo) is a plus
- Solution-oriented and creative working style, as well as enjoyment of teamwork
