Role Summary

The Customer Experience & Marketing Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Partnerships & Consumer Experiences, Media & Dealer Operations, and Digital Experience (VW.com / myVW App). This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Volkswagen connects with customers across multiple touchpoints — from strategic partnerships and experiential marketing to dealer digital programs and digital ownership journeys. The analyst will support cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand engagement, customer satisfaction, and the end-to-end Volkswagen experience.

 

 

Role Responsibilities

Partnerships, Consumer Experiences & Merchandising:

This rotation focuses on how partnerships, brand activations, and merchandising strengthen the customer experience. The analyst will gain exposure to sponsorship management, experiential marketing, and vendor relations while contributing to innovative consumer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document processes for assessing partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate new partnership opportunities to expand Volkswagen’s brand reach.
  • Support planning, execution, and reporting for partnership activations, events, and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing program KPIs, improving event processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Support the rebranding and relaunch of merchandising programs and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as budget support, event logistics, and departmental process optimization.

Media & Dealer Operations:

This rotation provides insight into Volkswagen’s dealer marketing, media operations, and lead management processes. The analyst will support compliance, education, and analytics efforts to improve marketing efficiency and dealer performance across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Volkswagen Dealer Digital Program (VWDDP) through webinar coordination, content development, and event execution.
  • Monitor dealer advertising compliance, reviewing submissions and analyzing dealer media spend and performance.
  • Contribute to the Dealer Marketing Program (DMP) by maintaining communications and tracking updates.
  • Assist with development of the Monthly Media Overview (MMO) and coordination of partner meetings.
  • Conduct data analysis and KPI reviews to identify opportunities to improve lead volume and close rates.
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new dealers in Volkswagen Marketing Programs and support internal process improvements.

Digital Experience:

This rotation centers on Volkswagen’s digital customer experience, focusing on both the public-facing website (VW.com) and the myVW app. The analyst will work at the intersection of product data, digital content, and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate upcoming model year content updates, ensuring accurate product information and vehicle imagery.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between product, data, and design teams to maintain digital accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze customer interactions with model pages to identify engagement trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage ownership content calendars in collaboration with After Sales teams and agencies.
  • Gather and analyze app feedback to identify user pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Assist in preparing launch briefs, release checklists, and success metrics for app feature updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Applicant must have completed an undergraduate degree (minimum) within the past 1 months (December 2024 or later)
    • Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Graduate Program begins on July 27 2026. Applicant must be available to start on that date.
