Brief Role Description
Based in Sandton, the successful incumbent is responsible to innovate, manage, optimize and introduce Business Intelligence strategic systems and the integration of new processes, systems, digital mobile facilities as well as enhancements to existing systems to support the systems goals of the Group, NSO and Dealers Marketing Business Programs for all brands within the NSO including ONE.Aftetrsales.
Possible Tasks within this Role
•Research, propose and introduce new innovations including digital, process simplification.
•Project Manage medium to large NSO Business/ Technology projects.
•Benchmarking with OEM, Volkswagen Group, external Digital Global trends and Dealer Networks.
•Business Analytcis
•Conduct workshops with NSO Management and Dealer Network on the requirement specifications for any new functionality required from the Dealer Management Systemes in order to have one common agreed upon solution for all parties.
•Manages the roll-out of new or modifed software or processes to the Dealer Network or NSO according to developed project plans by liasing with Dealer Network, NSO Group IT and external vendors.
•Provide input at NSO and Dealer internal workshops and discussions on how process and systems changes will affect the organisation to prevent conflicting interests and duplication of systems and processes between the NSO and Dealer Network.
•Consult to the Dealer Network, NSO regarding implementation of new software or processes to ensure the integrity and simplicity of the NSO and Dealer systems landscape.
•Support and assist the CIC Dealer Business Helpdesk and Dealer IT Helpdesk.
•Manage Department’s CAPEX budget.
•Submit Monthly forecast, corrective action for Budget and Non Budget Items.
•Managing the Service Level Agreements internal with NSO Brands, Dealer Network, Internal Helpdesk and Group IT.
•Contribute to the design of new processes and methods for all Sales and Marketing and Dealer Customer Management requirements relating to customer retention, sales, communication and customer service initiatives.
•Coordinate and control all existing and emerging medium and large CRM projects in order to deliver all Sales and Marketing and Dealer Customer Management requirements.
•Lead and coordinate tasks of the NSO IT department team.
•Enhance and manage the CRM processes for NSO Brands and Dealer Network.
•Continuously improve and manage the Customer and Vehicle Data Quality Process.
•Develop customer data strategies and manage data trends to inform future initiatives, while maintaining and enhancing the Customer Data Warehouse and SAP systems to generate analytical reports and insights.
•Develop and facilitate training sessions on processes and systems for internal Sales and Marketing teams and the Dealer Network, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Information Systems teams to plan and implement customer campaigns and data management strategies.
