We are the largest employer in Northern Hesse, with around 15,000 employees at our Kassel site. We are seeking a full‑time paramedic for our in-house emergency medical service, with a willingness to work in a three-shift system without weekend duties.Within our interdisciplinary team of physicians and paramedics, we provide round-the-clock care to emergency patients in a 24-hour outpatient clinic as well as during emergency deployments across the entire company premises. To do so, we have access to modern emergency vehicles such as ambulances (RTW) and emergency physician vehicles (NEF), all equipped according to the service standards of the Kassel emergency medical service area.We are looking for a committed and experienced professional with an interest in the diverse responsibilities and further training opportunities within occupational and acute medicine. These include, among other things, the independent planning and implementation of practical training for medical personnel.

• Performing all duties within the outpatient clinic and the associated emergency medical service, including operating medical equipment and providing professional patient consultation
• Carrying out tasks in emergency medical services that correspond to the responsibilities of a certified paramedic
• Executing all medical orders, including the proper administration of prescription medications
• Administering injections and vaccinations
• Training company first aiders

Please note: The position involves working in a three‑shift system.

• Completed training as a paramedic
• Relevant practical experience on ambulances (RTW) and emergency physician vehicles (NEF), as well as an interest in occupational medicine
• Medical fitness in accordance with the Paramedic Act and occupational health regulations (G25)
• Class B and C1 driving licences
• German language level C1
• Additional qualifications such as ACLS, PHTLS, or certification as a practical instructor in emergency medical services are desirable
• Strong commitment, confident decision-making in dynamic situations, and a responsible working styleAbove-average teamwork skills and customer orientation, as well as strong communication skills when interacting with employees and patients
