Possible tasks within this role
-
Conducting research for preliminary experiments and material analyses within manufacturing process development for electric drive systems and power electronics
-
Pre‑treating complex surfaces for polymer‑related processes in the environment of modern, high‑efficiency inverter systems for electric drives
-
Screening technologies related to polymer/materials engineering
-
Performing manufacturing trials (internal or external) and evaluating the results
-
Analyzing materials in the laboratory, documenting findings, and presenting as well as discussing them within the team
Qualification requirements
- Enrolled students in mechanical engineering, materials science, polymer engineering, chemistry, or comparable study programs from the 5th bachelor semester onward (master’s studies preferred)
- Good to very good academic performance and strong interest in applied research and practical testing
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating laboratory results (preferred)
- German language level C1; English language level B2
