ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Specialist to drive fleet sales growth, secure new business, and build lasting relationships with key corporate clients. This position is based in NSO - (Sandton)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and secure corporate and fleet sales opportunities to drive volume and market share.
- Build and manage relationships with fleet clients, leasing companies, and key accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and coordinate structured sales engagement programmes.
- Support and guide the Dealer Network on corporate sales strategies and prospecting.
- Utilise CRM systems (SAP) to manage customer data, insights, and interactions.
- Lead negotiations with fleet customers to secure incremental sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute corporate sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Track performance, analyse feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Align dealers, regional teams, and corporate clients to maximise sales outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree / National Diploma in Marketing or Sales
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, marketing, or vehicle sales
- Proven experience in fleet or corporate sales environments
- Experience working with large client groups and key accounts
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management capability
- Strong planning, organising, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically
- Customer-focused with a good understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement programmes
- High levels of initiative, flexibility, and innovation
