Role Summary
The Employee Experience Intern will support the design, development, implementation, and management of VWGoA’s overall employee experience strategy. This role will involve evaluating current processes, conducting benchmarking and research, collaborating with Learning, Training and Development subdepartments and IT, and helping create a digital workspace and dashboard to enhance employee engagement.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current employee experience and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct benchmarking and research to inform strategy development.
- Collaborate with LTD subdepartments and IT to design and implement initiatives.
- Develop OKRs in partnership with LTD subdepartments.
- Assist in creating a digital workspace and dashboard for employee engagement.
Qualifications
- A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
- Strong GPA
- Strong preference for Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related majors
Qualification requirements
Skills
- Microsoft skills, analytical and logical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Generative AI tools.
