Role Summary
The Product Experience Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Voice of the Customer (VoC) & Product Satisfaction, Quality Targets & Development Projects, and Technical Projects & Concept Maturity. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of product quality, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration across the full vehicle lifecycle. The analyst will work with regional and global teams to ensure customer feedback directly shapes vehicle design, feature development, and launch execution—driving measurable improvements in satisfaction, quality, and brand perception.
