ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Change Management Analyst to join our dynamic Change Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating VWGA Change Management activities, ensuring smooth integration of changes across the organization. This position is based in the Product Development Division (Kariega)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate engineering change requests and assess impact on VWGA.
- Coordinate and distribute change points to relevant departments.
- Support and participate in ECR / AEKO and PTS meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Monitor AVON response deadlines and escalate late submissions.
- Ensure divisional inputs meet Group standards and requirements.
- Support Change Management process training.
- Maintain VWGA performance in the Bewertungszeitenweltliga.
- Create local content data packages in KVS.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Management, Business Management, or Social Sciences and Humanities.
Experience:
- A Minimum of 1-3 years change management experience in the automotive or related industry.
- Extensive systems knowledge of AVON, KVS and Stückliste systems.
- Knowledge of the PEP process for the introduction of new models, components, and options.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Change Management and Engineering Change processes and systems and its integration.
- Understanding of Logistics, Purchasing, Production and Quality processes and systems and its integration with the rest of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-divisional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to read, write and speak German (Advantageous).
