The “Psychological Services” team reports directly to the Head of Healthcare. It is responsible for conducting psychological consultations both for employees seeking advice on mental health concerns or conditions and for managers dealing with employees showing signs of psychological distress. In addition, the team is responsible for further areas of activity and initiatives related to mental health within the company.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Independently conducting psychological consultations (including clinical-diagnostic assessment and differentiation, needs-based counselling, referral to specific treatment options within the external healthcare system, and carrying out short-term interventions when required)

Providing guidance on reintegration after mental illness for both affected employees and the involved internal stakeholders

Sharing expertise and knowledge on topics in clinical psychology through presentations, seminars, workshops, and by identifying needs

Designing and implementing measures for workplace health promotion, as well as contributing to the development of strategies in occupational health management with a focus on mental health

Working on projects related to current topics
Qualification requirements

Completed degree in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology / Psychotherapy

Practical clinical experience in patient care (e.g. in a hospital or outpatient setting)

Advanced training as a psychological psychotherapist or in-depth further training with a counselling qualification is desirable
