ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audi Parts Channel Manager to drive growth in dealer parts retail sales and strengthen the OEM’s aftermarket presence. This role requires a deep understanding of dealer operations and the independent aftermarket. The successful candidate will guide dealers to identify and grow key customer accounts while building strong, sustainable partnerships with independent service providers (ISPs) and insurance companies. Success in this role depends on the ability to craft specialised deals, negotiate effectively, and deliver sustainable sales growth while reinforcing Audi brand loyalty. This position is based in NSO (Sandton)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve Aftersales objectives through implementation, monitoring and optimisation of programmes and initiatives.
- Provide operational support aligned to Audi After Sales and One.AfterSales strategic goals.
- Monitor dealer inventory levels, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive dealer retail counter performance and improve market position and brand perception.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure alignment with Audi brand objectives.
- Identify and develop profit opportunities to maximise dealer financial performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution at appropriate levels
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-year National Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 7+ years in automotive parts or aftermarket sales.
- Proven track record in growing dealer retail sales and managing key customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, independent aftermarket dynamics, ISPs and insurance companies.
- Experience in developing specialised deals within dealer networks and service providers.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong accounting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Discipline and ability to work under pressure
