Role Summary
The Digital Integration Specialists primary role is to oversees all aspects of connected vehicle features, packages, and supplier operations into the customer facing channels. Serving as the subject matter expert, this role works alongside cross-functional team to ensure feature compatibility, backend configurations, legal approvals, and customer-facing content is approved and launches on time. It ensures accuracy across connected services features and plans, coordinates supplier relationships, supports financial reconciliations, data governance, and reporting, and partners cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and connected services performance.
This role supports the Connected Services and Business Transformation teams, ensuring organizational readiness to launch new myVW and Connected Vehicle features across customer channels.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Connected Services Features and Packages Management – 50%
- Subject Matter Expert for connected Services features descriptions, eligibility, and plans. (100+ features, 50+ plans)
- Manage the Feature to Vehicle Compatibility matrix, 2000+ combinations.
- Manage 60+ connected services plans backend configurations, service IDs, imagery, and disclaimers.
- Responsible for Legal approval with technical and legal accuracy of all customer-facing content.
- Support Product Managers key projects to provide backend user flows and content.
- Supports Engineering with Wi-Fi Hotspot data plans and back-end user flows.
- Lead for Owner Verification initiatives to improve customer engagement and enrollment KPIs
- Supports Connected Serviced B2B team for customer education and enrollment.
- Support myVW email journey ensuring 5M+ transactional and engagement emails are accurate and brand-aligned
- Supports Customer Experience as SME in Monroney labels, order guides, and owner manuals
- Support Customer Experience and Help Center as SME with FAQs and guidance materials.
Connected Services Supplier Management – 35%
- Supports finance with billing and reconciliations for 20+ connected services suppliers.
- Oversee Connected Services invoice management through dedicated email inbox
- Route invoices and check requests for approvals and payment across Cost Centers
- Maintain vendor banking details, billing portals, monthly invoices, and timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to initiate and process refunds when required.
- Collaborate with 10+ partners to maintain correct branding, logos, and aligned messaging.
- Partners with PR and Customer Experience to draft and review partner press releases.
Connected Services Operation Support – 15%
- Supports operations with reporting and billing reconciliations
- Supports business with data reporting and analytics
- Supports Enterprise Data Management and Data Governance with Business Process documentation
- Supports team supplier and regional business reviews
- Supports PI Planning and Change Requests initiatives to maintain timelines and escalations
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing programs and/or projects required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or automotive required.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Desired Education:
- Business degree with technical & marketing experience within automotive industry
Skills:
- Clearly understand and articulate the organizational impact of new myVW and Connected Vehicle features and functions.
- Strong ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content while managing and optimizing copy across multiple platforms.
