Position Overview
The Sr HR Digital Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through analytics. This role supports the HR department by maintaining the HRIS, managing system integrations, identifying and launching AI for HR, and leveraging data to improve decision-making and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail focused, and committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

HRIS Management
- Maintain and configure HRIS (SuccessFactors) to support HR processes (e.g. onboarding, payroll, performance, compensation, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolution
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Prepare and submit headcount and diversity KPIs and safety and compliance reports through global platforms (Zeus, Risk Radar, etc.)
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insights as requested
Data Integrity
- Monitor and audit HR data for accuracy and completeness
- Implement processes to ensure consistent data quality across systems
- Train HR team members on data entry standards and best practices
System Integrations
- Manage and facilitate integrations between HRIS and other platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, vehicle program, WhatFix, IT ticketing)
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless data flow
- Test and validate system updates and new integrations
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives
Qualification
Formal Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP designation or working toward certification or other related designation is an asset
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive and related HR experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors an asset) and direct implementation, integration and system maintenance experience
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau)
- Project management experience an asset
Competencies
- Clear and professional communication with HR stakeholders and vendors
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions
- Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong understanding of privacy and compliance requirements
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Work Flexibility
- Hybrid remote with on-site presence required 3+ days per week
- Requires ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors in different time zones
- Flexibility for overtime during peak periods or urgent HR matters
- Requires focus and accuracy in data handling and documentation
- Exposure to sensitive information and matters requiring discretion and professionalism
Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $110,000, actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
