Brief Role Description
The Internal Communications & Culture Specialist role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire employees across the organization. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, fostering transparency, and strengthening a shared sense of purpose through clear and consistent communication. This role will report to the head of PR & Communications while also supporting the President and leadership teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure employees understand company priorities, feel connected to our mission, and are empowered to contribute to our success
Role Responsibilities
This role is the responsible point of contact within ADMT for all ADMT LLC related internal communications, collaboration (local and global), and cultural development of ADMT LLC culture in line with VWGoA and global ADMT/MOIA teams.
Internal Communications to President & Organization (60%)
- Writes, manages and executes the internal communications strategy for the organization
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and values.
- Create and manage communications that keep employees informed and engaged (e.g., newsletters, leadership messages, intranet updates, events, and town halls).
- Partner with leadership team to craft clear, authentic, and inspiring internal messages.
- Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans that help employees understand and embrace organizational changes.
- Measure the effectiveness of communications and continuously improve engagement channels and content.
- Responsible for organizing and executing employee All Hands meetings, including developing and designing content
- Responsible for creating and updating content on company channels
- Manages, writes and executes to editorial calendar
- Supports external communications projects as needed
- Manages library of content for version control
- Develop PPT content for repurposing for message consistency
- Supports Government Affairs team with writing and/or presentation support
- Supports PR projects on as needed basis
Drives employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives (40%)
- Aligns and collaborates closely with the global organization and key stakeholders about the topics of building community and culture.
- Partner with HR and leadership team to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
- Partner with global HR, Culture, Comms teams to support global initiatives.
- Lead or support culture initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, values campaigns, onboarding content and DEI efforts.
- Plan and execute internal events and moments that bring employees together (e.g., all-hands meetings, celebrations, and cultural activations).
- Gather employee feedback and insights to help shape and evolve workplace culture.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador—promoting collaboration, transparency, and inclusion across teams.
- Manages, initiates, and organizes the implementation of culture initiatives according to org values
- Motivates employees and organizes employees’ engagement into culture and communication topics (e.g., culture initiatives, employees’ contribution to newsletter articles)
- Enhances the employee experience by supporting global initiatives (new IT systems, corporate values, HR programs, etc.)
Qualification requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in Communications, PR, Company transformation, crisis communications, or similar fields

Compensation Data
Silicon Valley (California), the salary range for this role will be $155,000 - $180,000, depending on education and years of relevant experience. Salary is determined by geographical location and adjusted accordingly.
