Brief Role Description
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software environments across the organization.
Possible Tasks within this Role
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Main responsibility – 100 % of time spent
- Provide day-to-day IT support for our team, ensuring smooth operations across MacOS and Windows devices and tools.
- Support identity and access management with Okta.
- Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 apps and services.
- Help colleagues make the most of Slack and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Cover IT aspects of employee lifecycle: onboarding newcomers and off-boarding leavers.
- Organize and coordinate replacement of end-of-lifecycle devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical issues into business-friendly solutions.
- Continuously improve IT processes, documentation, and user experience.
Qualification requirements
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 5 - 7 year’s experience as an IT Support specialist in a mid-to-large sized company or in an enterprise environment.
