Where Automotive Meets Digital.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in defining and managing requirements for our 3rd Party Data Monetization platform. You will be responsible for the Customer Journeys within our Data Monetization from an end-to-end perspective.

Responsabilities:

• Analyze and understand cross-functional business processes and operational challenges.
• Gather, refine, and document requirements for data monetization use cases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Steer the implementation of the changes necessary to achieve the business requirements in your area of work.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Visualize findings and derive measures for process and system optimization.
• Drive implementation decisions and record them in Architectural Design Records (ADR).
• Continuously report on the status of requirements and foster improvements on both technical and process levels.
• Refine with the UX-Team and relevant stakeholders the Customer Journeys within the platform.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in information science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering or business analysis, ideally in complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in communication and leadership, including stakeholder management and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional approaches.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Technical understanding of relevant technologies such as Figma, Salesforce and Zuora.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and modeling techniques such as UML and BPMN.
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
