The Role:

• You will be the Technical Team Leader developing an IT system which contains data from tests and simulations made to vehicles.
• You will be in collaboration with another TL within the same project: two squads, one TL in each squad.

Key Responsibilities:

• A team lead is responsible for Team Health. He/She is typically a person with a certain level of seniority and very good Soft Skills. By no means he/she has to be the most senior of the team, but sure a high-tech level is presumed 50% Tech Duties, 50% Lead/Management.
• Running 1:1s listening to the team, giving them your support and going with them in their professional and personal development.
• Delivering fair performance reviews in order to build trust and motivate your team.
• Hiring the best talent for your team.
• Onboarding process into the team and Offboarding of the team if it is necessary to another.
• To anticipate, identify and eliminate blockers in the team.
• Product owners & Delivery managers Best Friend and Oil for the team.
• Ensure Guidelines, Best Practices and Architecture.
• Delivery Advocate & Enabler.
• Responsible of sharing the knowledge and the team agreements between the team.
• Open communication between teams

Requirements:

• BA Degree in Computer Sciences (or FP) and/or professional experience in Software.
• Software engineering background, at least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as Team Lead and experience doing product manager role.
• Good management skills and team spirit.
• Experience with Python + Flask, SQLAlchemy
• Experience with Relational databases: MySQL
• Experience with NoSQL databases: OpenSearch, ElasticSearch
• Experience with Docker
• Skills in backend development, building, running and debugging services
• Experience with Javascript and Typescript. – Nice to have
• Experience with testing tools like: Jest, Cypress, Testing library. Experience with REST APIs.
• Clean code.
• DevOps knowledge (Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Openshift) - Nice to have
• Fluent English and/or Spanish speaker (German is a plus)
