Responsibilities:

Driving ART Execution & Flow
- Facilitate ART events like PI Planning, System Demos, or ART Sync.
- Own and optimize the flow of value across the ART, tracking metrics like predictability, throughput, and lead time.
- Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of cross-team impediments and dependencies.
- Operate as part of the PM / SA / RTE triad, aligning delivery priorities with business objectives.

Enabling Teams & Continuous Improvement
- Coach Team Leads, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe practices.
- Drive retrospective outcomes into actionable improvements (not just facilitation, but follow-through).
- Support teams in backlog health, sprint execution, and sustainable delivery cadence.
- Define and maintain ART-level performance metrics and make them visible to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Provide transparency to leadership on ART progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Coordinate with other ARTs and stakeholders across the VW Group where dependencies exist.
- Support budget and capacity discussions with data-backed input from ART metrics.
- Drive the Lean-Agile cultural transformation across the ART, promoting a growth mindset and a shared responsibility for value delivery.

 

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Agile environments, with at least 2 in an RTE, Agile Program Lead, or equivalent ART-level coordination role.
- Solid hands-on experience with SAFe at the ART level; familiarity with PI Planning, program-level ceremonies, and ART metrics.
- Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and remove impediments at scale.
- Comfortable communicating delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to both technical teams and senior leadership.
- Data-driven: uses metrics to diagnose problems and measure improvements, not just to report.
- Fluent German and English proficiency.
