We are currently looking to grow our team with a HR Operations Technician for our team and projects in Valencia/Sagunto offices.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Main functions:

  • Manage the administrative processes of hiring, payroll and benefits;
  • Coordinate the management of registrations, cancellations and modifications in HR systems;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in terms of social security and labor legislation, as well as internal processes and policies;
  • Personnel administration (time management, employee certificates, life insurance...);
  • Insertion and maintenance of the database and personal files of employees (changes of position, changes in Social Security, Annexes to contract...);
  • Execution of onboarding and offboarding;
  • Follow through salary policies and control and execution of occupational risk prevention, as well as implementation of health and safety policies;
  • Process management and support to managers and employee´s in regrds human resources operations;
  • Support and accompaniment to the employee (doubts about payroll, travel expenses, relocation processes, benefits, other HR questions and communications to the employee on HR aspects);
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR;
  • Preparation and management of the documentation of legal reports.

 

Secondary functions:

• Create reports related to the group's guidelines;
• Define and update policies related to Human Resources operations;
• Optimize internal processes and ensure efficiency in HR operational management;
• Collaborate in the implementation of technological tools for process automation;
• Definition and implementation of improvements in the employee experience, together with other areas within HR and Communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position;
  • University training in Labour Relations, Business Administration and Management, Psychology or similar;
  • Knowledge of applicable labor regulations on a day-to-day basis, knowledge of payroll and benefits management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Human Resources software.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English
  • Availability to travel, when required, to the different offices VWGS Valencia has also, headquarters(ies) that the person of coverage is.
