​​​Räder and Reifendatenbank (RRDB) - Wheels and Tires Databese is a project that develops a solution for a excel-based process today for all VW Brands. This project was originally developed by internal development team in Germany and the idea is to transfer it to Digital:Hub, to continue with the development  

- You will work on a day-to-day basis with our design, frontend, backend and testing team to build a scalable and solid product. 

- Learn and work using best practices (testing, code reviews, DDD, CI/CD, clean cose...) and Agile methodologies. 

- Collaborate in the design of the cluster architecture. 

- Dev ops: Pipeline's maintenance, creation // Deployment configuration maintenance, creation. 

- Optimize: Ensure high performance, speed, and scalability of the frontend applications 

- Innovate: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products. 

- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner. 

- Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests. Learn and create of new automated tests/alerts. 

- Knowledge Java > 8; Python; FastAPI 

- Knowledge Typescript and Angular. 

- Knowledge S3 - Amazon Simple Storage Service 

- AWS; AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation Service, AWS Cloudwatch Service, AWS DynamoDB Service, AWS VPC (Amazon Virtual Private) 

- IAM - Identity & Access Management Service 

- Communication protocols - REST, GRPC 

- Knowledge about development and architecture patterns 

- Knowledge about development methodologies like TDD or DDD 

- Clean code banner 

- Dev ops knowledge (kubernetes, openshift) 

- Application containerization - docker, dockerfile, docker compose

Requirements 

 

- Minimum - Certificate of Higher Education // Desired - Engineering degree // 1 year of experience 

- English minimum B2 // ability to hold fluent conversations in English 

- Organized and proactive person with high quality standards 

- Person used to proposing and detecting improvements. 

- Problem solver
