Purpose of the Role:
The Enterprise Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics Manager ensures full transparency of company performance across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations by establishing a consistent, automated, and decision-oriented reporting landscape. The role acts as the central owner of enterprise KPIs, reporting logic, and analytical standards, enabling management to steer the company based on reliable, harmonized, and actionable data. The position is a senior expert function without disciplinary leadership, but with enterprise-wide functional ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise KPI & Reporting Framework
- Define and continuously refine the company-wide KPI framework aligned with strategic targets (Revenue, EBIT, growth, efficiency).
- Ensure harmonized KPI definitions across SAP (Finance & HR), Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Establish and safeguard a single source of truth across systems.
Executive & Management Reporting
- Own and continuously improve executive dashboards in Power BI.
- Prepare structured monthly performance reporting for Leadership.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights and narratives.
Cross-Functional Performance Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards for Sales (Salesforce-based), Finance & HR (SAP-based), and other operational areas.
- Identify deviations, trends, risks, and performance drivers proactively.
- Support business case validation and investment decisions with analytical deep-dives.
Data Integration & Automation
- Design data models in Power BI integrating SAP and Salesforce data.
- Drive automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate IT to ensure data architecture scalability and reliability.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Define reporting standards, documentation, and data governance principles.
- Monitor data consistency, completeness, and quality.

Required Competencies:
Advanced Analytical Capability
- Ability to structure complex data landscapes (SAP, Salesforce, cross-system integration), identify key business drivers, and translate data into actionable insight.
Enterprise Business Understanding
- Strong understanding of financial steering logic (Revenue, EBIT, margins), sales pipeline management, cost structures, and HR operational metrics.
Structured & Process-Oriented Working Style
- High methodological discipline in building data models, maintaining documentation, and ensuring reporting consistency.
BI & System Expertise
- Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard architecture).
- Solid understanding of SAP (Finance & HR modules) and Salesforce data structures.
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Ability to present complex analytical results clearly to senior management and align different functions on KPI logic and reporting standards.
