Contact Center Agent (Partner Center)

We are focused on our clients’ activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.
We are currently looking to grow our team with a Contact Center Agent (Partner Center - German Speaker) for our fully remote project.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Dealer support, including complaint management for inbound and outbound inquiries
- Recording and processing of incoming inquiries - via phone and writen
- Final processing or forwarding of cases or calls to the responsible specialist department
- Use of information and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Group Retail Portal, NewadaWeb, NADIN, and Fleetcom
What skills are we looking for?
- High school level (mandatory)
- Completed commercial vocational training (desirable)
- German native speaker or C1 Level (mandatory)
- English knowledge
- Use of telephony and contact-center systems (inbound/outbound call handling)
- Ability to document, route, and escalate cases through internal workflow tools
- Efficient use of knowledge bases and information databases
- Fast learning of new platforms and proprietary systems
- Strong typing, multitasking, and screen-navigation skills
- Understanding of process-driven environments (SLAs, KPIs, case ownership)
