Brief Role Description

SAFe Scum Masters are servant leaders who facilitate team events and processes and support agile teams in delivering value. They coach the team in Scrum, built-in-quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ensure that the agreed agile processes are followed. They also help to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement. This role has significantly more experience and/or tasks/responsibilities than level II.
