What we do in our team?

The team is responsible for a stream-based communication channel between heavyweight vehicles and the cloud backend that supports digital products. The team embodies an agile and self-managed DevOps mindset and methodology, developing all services and cloud infrastructure (AWS) necessary to ensure an encrypted, robust, and reliable communication channel that customers require for their day-to-day work.Also, works in a product-oriented development, owns the Product, and has autonomy to decide how the Product will evolve.

The Product provides, among other services, secure connectivity, message routing, message decoding, vehicle APIs, integration with other systems, and manages client certificates for the connected devices.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Maximize the team’s performance and success by partnering closely with the Product Owner;
• Conduct/Facilitate group dynamics and agile ceremonies;
• Foster a motivating and sustainable work environment for the team;
• Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes;
• Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively;
• Stay up-to-date to coach the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset;
• Participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvement in the team’s daily activities;
• Manage agile artifacts and support the team in identifying and adopting the most suitable agile framework/methods, being accountable for ensuring effective agile practices;
• Help the team maintain the big picture, while being responsible for ensuring alignment and focus;
• Ensure that the team has a transparent work model.

What requirements are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable job expertise;
• At least 5 years of professional experience;
• Experience in teaching agile methodologies and values, coaching teams, and team building;
• Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an international hybrid context (Onsite and home office);
• Excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and ideally the SAFe framework;
• Ability to drive change by challenging and supporting the team during the process;
• Experience with Atlassian tool chain and managing the team’s workspaces (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
