Who are we?
At the Innovation & Engineering Hub, we develop bold, market-ready solutions that support Volkswagen Group and its leading brands. Together with TRATON Group’s Global R&D — home to brands like Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus — we’re building the future of intelligent and sustainable transport. We’re not just manufacturing vehicles — we’re engineering the future of mobility.

In our team, we provide a platform that integrates, analyzes, and communicates the necessary data between all these systems. This provides easy access and economically efficient use of autonomous vehicles to our customers. We’re looking for passionate team members to help develop these essential components and shape the future of autonomous mobility.

· Demonstrate ownership when solving problems and overcoming roadblocks.
· Align closely with DevOps peers to provide seamless support to the development teams.
· Scout and evaluate modern CI/CD tools and introduce improvements where they add measurable value.
