Agile Coach III (f/m/d)

Brief Role Description

Employees who, as experts in the company, coach employees on agility, agile methods and working methods and apply them in various projects (as RTE: Release Train Engineer /STE: Solution Train Engineer). This role has significantly more experience and/or tasks/responsibilities than level II.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset;
  • Ensure that the team has a transparent work model;
  • Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes;
  • Enabling team to reach self-organization and work productively;
  • Responsible for agile artefacts, enabling the team to find the best agile frameworks (if necessary) and/or methods that meet their characteristics and stages;
  • Enabling the team in conducting group dynamics and agile ceremonies;
  • Be updated to teach and mentor the team and organization, participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvements in the team’s day-to-day activities;
  • Promote synergy between teams;
  • Provide support to Product Owner;
  • Responsible for helping the team to maintain the big picture;
  • Keep team motivated and having a sustainable environment. 

 

Your Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise; 
  • At least 5 years of experience;
  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international, hybrid (Onsite and Home office) context; 
  • Strong people skills (Interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict management); 
  • Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams and team building; 
  • Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops; 
  • You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework; 
  • Ability to drive change and support the team during the process; 
  • Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural); 
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
