Brief Role Description
We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) for Volkswagen Infotainment GmbH.
Your main task is to support the implementation of all phases of the Group-wide employee survey (myVoice) in our company. You will work in the HR department for organizational development.
There is the possibility to write a thesis in the field of Employee surveys.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Independent support of the year-round process of the Group Employee Survey (GEMS) myVoice
- Familiarization with the use of Qulatrics as a platform infrastructure for employee surveys
- Contact person for the use of the Qualtrics platform for all survey creators within our company
- Independent follow-up of process-relevant follow-up measures in coordination with the Group team and regular report on the status
- Timely distribution and publication of communication materials, e.g. articles, work aids, reminders and on-site actions
- Preparation of information materials (e.g. information mailings, intranet contributions) to managers, HR partners and the entire organization
- Preparation of presentation documents for various committees, e.g. management, central works council and information events for managers and employees
- Support for other tasks in the field of organizational development
- Preparation of documents for web conferences with the corporate team, executives and project teams
- Independent support of the myVoice e-mail account and the myVoice hotline for our employees and managers
Qualification requirements
- You are at the end of your bachelor's degree or in a postgraduate course (master's degree, etc.) Communication Science, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration/Marketing, Human Resources, (Business) Education or a comparable course of study
- Affinity for working with large amounts of data
- Affinity for working with modern software as a service applications for conducting surveys
- Confident appearance, enthusiasm and strong communication skills (German and English)
- Independent way of working and willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong ability to work in a team and reliability
- Goal-oriented and structured work
- MS Office skills (including MS Teams and Sharepoint)
