Brief Role Description
As a working student (m/f/d) in Corporate Health Management, you will support our team in planning, implementing, and further developing measures that promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of employees. You will work at the intersection of prevention, organization, and communication while gaining practical insights into modern corporate health management.
The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Support in the conception, organization, and implementation of corporate health management initiatives (e.g., health days, workshops, prevention programs)
- Contribute to projects related to mental health, ergonomics, physical activity, nutrition, and occupational safety
- Organize and follow up on events, training sessions, and internal campaigns
- Create and maintain informational materials, presentations, and content for the intranet/internet
- Analyze and evaluate health metrics, surveys, and feedback
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, occupational safety, company medical services) as well as external partners (e.g., health insurance providers)
Qualification requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Health Management, Health Sciences, Sports Sciences, or a comparable field
- Availability for at least 6 months
- Analytical and structured working style
- Enjoy working in a team
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
