Brief Role Description
In the area of test tools and automation, we work on innovative test and development systems to verify the functionality of the software and hardware solutions created and thus make a decisive contribution to the networking of Volkswagen vehicles. In the field of test automation, we are looking for motivated students to support us in our laboratory area on site.
The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Commissioning, maintenance and care of test setups and laboratory equipment within the test automation laboratory
- Implementation and roll-out of quality standards to ensure adequate prototypes for system verification
- Documentation and further development of software and hardware test benches
- Support in the implementation of automation tasks for recurring tasks
Qualification requirements
- First experience in hardware laboratories and in dealing with hardware components
- Basic knowledge of IT networks
- Interest in software and promising technologies
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Reliable recording of complex issues
