Brief Role Description
You will be right in the middle of our personnel development instead of just being there: You will support the administration and design of learning and development opportunities and contribute to positioning our organization even more strongly as a "learning organization".
The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.
Possible Tasks within this Role
• Answering inquiries with a personnel development context
• Support in the administration of our learning management system as well as maintenance of data and learning opportunities
• Collaboration in the implementation of the annual employee appraisals
• Collaboration in the conception and implementation of trainings, workshops and development formats
• Creation and preparation of presentations and communication materials as well as maintenance of our personnel development channels
• Support in the evaluation of personnel development key figures and derivation of measures
• Support in the further development of personnel development concepts
Qualification requirements
• Degree in psychology, pedagogy, business administration or comparable academic training with a focus on personnel development
• Affinity for topics in the field of personnel development and learning management
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form
• Love of working in teams and openness to different perspectives
• Very good conceptual skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (esp. Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
