Brief Role Description
As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our finance and project controlling team with operational and analytical tasks. In doing so, you will gain comprehensive insight into the commercial processes of an international company.
The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Preparation of weekly and monthly project controlling reports as well as execution of ad-hoc analyses
- Support month-end closing activities and project-related analyses
- Management of hours and time tracking for internal and external employees
- Maintenance of vendor and master data, supporting the vendor creation procurement
- Support the purchase order process, including order confirmations
- Advising and supporting employees in commercial process flows
- Process consulting and user support for the project management tool CanDo
- Assisting in workflows, related to temporary agency work (employee leasing)
- Responsibility for the structured filing and administration of contracts in digital and physical form
- Support for accounting
- Account assignment (coding) and processing of incoming invoices
Qualification requirements
- Applying for a degree in business administration, economics, business rngineering, or a comparable degree program ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
- First insights in a commercial environment is an advantage
- Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Advanced analytical thinking as well as affinity for numbers
- Very good German language skills, outstanding English skills are an advantage
- Teamnwork as well as a strong service and communication orientation are required
