If you would like to take on this challenge by continuously advancing the topics and mastering them with new tools and processes, we offer you the opportunity to help shape the following tasks in an international team. 

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Supervision and processing of controlling and finance-related measures and topics
  • Conducting reviews for budget, multi-year and forecast planning at project level as well as at national and international company level
  • Independently consolidating and ensuring of the reporting system while  supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Planning, conceptualization, coordination and implementation of financial topics (e.g. planning round, budget)
  • Implementation, initiation and coordination of financial management measures while communicating, advising and collaborating with internal and external process partners
  • Identifying opportunities, risks and deriving operational and strategic recommendations for management

 

Further tasks in detail:

  • Planning, conception, coordination and implementation of the digital/automated finance system
  • Financial governance and controlling of the international subsidiaries
  • Controlling of the general contractor agreements between company and subsidiary

Qualification requirements

  • Degree in business administration, finance, taxation or accounting
  • Experience in the areas finance and controlling as well as in the management and use of controlling tools
  • IT affinity and comprehensive user knowledge in MS Office, SAP and ideally IBM TM1 for the exchange with the specialist departments as well as for the expansion of existing systems
  • Due to the international composition of the team, having high proficiency in German and good English skills are required for smooth communication
  • analytical and presentation skills as well as team-oriented working methods and intercultural competence
