The role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support the execution of marketing campaigns and automation workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow their technical skills and contribute to impactful customer journeys.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in building and deploying email campaigns using Email Studio and Content Builder

• Support the setup of data extensions and segmentation using SQL

• Help configure customer journeys in Journey Builder

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate campaign requirements

• Participate in QA and deployment processes

• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for deliverability and compliance

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Basic experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder)

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates

• Basic SQL knowledge for data segmentation

• Exposure to AMPscript or JavaScript is a plus

• Understanding of marketing automation concepts

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
