Role Description
Role Mission:
Functions:

Act as the operational link between business, design, and technical teams, translating product strategy into actionable requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.

Support the Product Manager Mobile Apps in defining the digital strategy of the Mobile Applications.

Execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company strategy, market trends, and customer needs.

Define and prioritize the program backlog, ensuring requirements are well defined, refined, and ready for development.

Drive and define key product features, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of priorities.

Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders (internal departments, technical partners, and external agencies), providing clear communication of product priorities and strategy.

Review and report development progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines, escalating risks and blockers when necessary.

Analyze customer feedback, app store reviews, and usage data to continuously improve the applications.

Analyze competitor applications and market trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the product vision and iterate the mobile applications strategy.

Support the Product Manager Mobile Apps when required, representing the mobile applications team in strategic meetings and group discussions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Additional training: Technology and/or business-related training.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- IT skills: Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence), Miro, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Excel.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing digital projects (Mobile Apps) using agile methodologies. Experience in Digital Business projects will be positively valued.
- Competencies: Proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, passion, curiosity, responsibility, and commitment.
