Role Description

Role Mission:
KAM (Key Account Management) functions within the corporate sales channel for the CUPRA brand in Spain. Back-office functions in the CUPRA corporate sales channel in Spain. Participation in forums and events to promote CUPRA’s commercial offering in the B2B environment. Support in commercial and administrative management for the implementation of the non-genuine agency model in the corporate sales channel. Commercial and administrative support functions for the CUPRA dealer network in implementing the sales strategy for corporate customers.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy defined by CUPRA Spain’s Corporate Sales Management with the different stakeholders in the channel (renting operators, corporate clients, and other participants involved in CUPRA’s B2B commercialization).
  • Carry out all necessary actions to achieve sales and profitability targets (sales visits to present product offerings and commercial terms for this customer segment, consultative selling linked to VWFS financial and mobility solutions, engagement of channel prescribers, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and commercial support within the corporate sales channel.
  • Perform commercial reporting functions: pipeline, prospecting, competitor analysis, campaign tracking, evolution of the level of collaboration with VWFS, etc.
  • Manage the systems enabled by the company for commercial management (COSMOS, IMPULSO, SLI, etc.).
  • Participate in forums and events to promote CUPRA’s commercial offering addressing corporate mobility needs (B2B). Represent the brand commercially by supporting CUPRA’s value proposition for this type of customer (trade fairs, conferences, and similar events).
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of the non-genuine fleet agency model for CUPRA, monitoring user requirements with VX and involved IT providers.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and follow-up with operators and the dealer network of the new distribution model.
  • Provide commercial and operational support to the network in the B2B sales process (deal analysis to validate commercial conditions with finance, order coordination with operations, renting operators and/or end customers, and participating dealerships).


Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or Business Studies.
  • Experience: 5 years.
  • Additional Knowledge: Use of general SEAT applications and office tools. Knowledge of business management and customer management techniques.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Competencies: Organization and planning, communication skills, customer orientation, efficiency and cost awareness, professional and methodological knowledge, persuasion and assertiveness skills, confidentiality and discretion.
  • Availability to travel.
