- Reception: Welcoming clients, handling initial inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate service or sales staff.
- Sales: Providing support in the new vehicle sales process.
- Outreach: Establishing contact with potential and existing clients.
- Analysis: Supporting the sales team in identifying customer needs and purchase motives.
- Presentation: Presenting digital products and services.
- Conditions: Assisting in presenting purchase and vehicle delivery terms to clients.
- Financing: Supporting the presentation of financing and insurance offers in line with company policies.
- Promotion: Taking part in marketing, promotional, logistical, and other activities.
- Administration: Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification requirements
- Education: Level VI qualification or higher
- Language: English language proficiency
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in MS Office
- Driving Licence: Active driver, B category
