Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Planning: Planning and scheduling service appointments
  • Accuracy and Work order: Responsibility for accurate completion of work orders and vehicle intake for service
  • Data management:Maintaining customer and vehicle records
  • Customer service: Proactively contacting service clients and coordinating cooperation with insurance companies, assessors, and the body & paint workshop
  • Damage assessment: Documenting identified damages and preparing repair cost estimates in accordance with insurance reports
  • Technical knowledge: Explaining required repairs and providing cost estimates for service work
  • Sales and service: Preparing offers for service services
  • Providing detailed explanations of completed work upon vehicle delivery to service clients
  • Spare parts knowledge: Coordinating orders and tracking the availability of spare parts

Qualification requirements

  • Education: Level 3 or 4 qualification, corresponding to Level III or IV vocational education, i.e. secondary education completed over 3 or 4 years in technical, economic, legal, administrative, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in the same or similar positions
  • Language: Knwledge of English / German Language
  • IT: Excellent command of MS Office
