Vehicle Service Consultant (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer scheduling and reception: Managing appointment bookings and welcoming customers to the workshop.
  • Work order management: Opening and closing work orders within the workshop system.
  • Assessment of repair needs: Identifying customer requirements, estimating the scope and timeline of body and paint repairs, and determining additional necessary work.
  • Insurance claim support: Assisting customers with the insurance claim process, including initial and supplementary damage reports, guarantee letters, and deductible procedures.
  • Communication and documentation: Proactively communicating with customers and insurance companies, preparing and sending vehicle damage photos to obtain approvals and repair confirmations.
  • Case file preparation and invoicing: Creating and organizing case files, preparing and sending invoices, securing payment guarantees, and archiving documentation upon case completion.

Qualification requirements

  • Education: Minimum Level IV vocational qualification.
  • Vehicle knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicle systems.
  • Driving licence:Category B driving licence – active and independent driver.
  • Language: Basic knowledge of English and/or German.
  • IT skills: Proficiency in computer use, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Advantage: Experience with Audatex (insurance assessment software).
