Our trainees complete an 18-month programme in wholesale and retail at Porsche Srbija i Crna Gora and our Headquarter in Salzburg, Austria. You will assume responsibility right from the start and you are actively involved in real projects. This allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with our company and corporate structures and to become part of the strong international network of Porsche Holding. GOT THE DRIVE?
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Take on responsibility from day one, contributing directly to ongoing tasks and projects.
- Work on national and international Sales projects, such as customer loyalty initiatives, digitization activities, and the introduction of new business models.
- Create, prepare, and analyze reports to support data-driven decision making .
- Gain comprehensive insight into the operative business, understanding daily processes and workflows .
- Participate in an 18‑month job rotation program, experiencing three different business areas or departments (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Group Strategy, Sales Planning, International Fleet Management).
- Complete one rotation abroad, gaining international exposure and cross‑cultural experience.
Qualification requirements
- Education: Academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Law (minimum Bachelor’s level).
- Work location: Primary work location in Serbia, including an international rotation at the Headquarter in Salzburg.
- Focus areas: in either Sales or Finance.
- Background: Solid economic or business‑related academic background.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Working experience: First international working experience.
- Fluent English skills (German language skills are an advantage)
- Willingness for international mobility
