Possible Tasks within this Role
- Sales Leadership: Leads Das WeltAuto vehicle sales and is responsible for achieving sales targets and organizing the work of the sector.
- Technical Coordination: Performs technical coordination activities related to used‑vehicle sales at the Porsche Sever level, including unified advertising on used‑car sales platforms, vehicle display, initiation and preparation of used‑vehicle sales campaigns, management of used‑vehicle stock age, and proposing a used‑vehicle sales plan and implementation activities to the Sales and Service Center Director.
- Target Achievement: Is responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets in line with the agreed used‑vehicle sales plan and per Das WeltAuto sales consultant.
- Operational Management: Manages day‑to‑day operations within the sector in accordance with established standards and processes, and sets and monitors revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
- Client Relations: Communicates with clients in difficult or disputed situations.
- Sales Consultant Support: Provides support to Das WeltAuto sales consultants in acquiring new customers and proposes and implements activities for retaining existing clients.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzes reports with the line manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, evaluating quantitative and qualitative sales results, costs, dealer profitability, and compliance with standards.
- Stock & Compliance Responsibility: Is responsible for the procurement and inventory of used vehicles and for ensuring compliance with Das WeltAuto work processes and standards.
Qualification requirements
- Education: Seventh level of qualifications (sub‑level 1) or sixth level of qualifications, corresponding to VII1 or VI1 and VI2 levels of education, i.e. completed first‑ or second‑cycle studies in economics, social sciences, law, or organizational sciences.
- Languages: Knowledge of English and/or German.
- IT Skills: Excellent command of MS Office.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in the same or similar positions.
- Driving License: Valid Category B driver’s license.
