Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Sales: Performs sales activities for new Volkswagen commercial vehicles
  • Networking: Establishes contacts with potential and existing clients
  • Client Visits: Organizes visits to potential clients and presents products
  • Needs Analysis: Identifies customer needs and purchase motivations
  • Digital Sales: Presents digital products and services
  • Advisory: Informs and advises potential and existing clients regarding vehicle sales
  • Test Drives: Organizes and conducts test drives
  • Negotiation: Negotiates purchase and delivery terms with clients
  • Customer Retention: Maintains contact with clients after vehicle delivery
  • Finance Insurance: Presents financing and insurance offers in line with company policies
  • CRM: Regularly updates databases of clients and interested buyers
  • Market Analysis: Monitors trends and changes in the domestic market and proposes activities to superiors
  • MarketingSupport: Participates in the implementation of marketing, promotional, logistical, and other activities

Qualification requirements

  • Education: Minimum IV level of professional education (secondary school qualification)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions
  • Languages: Knowledge of English and/or German
  • ComputerSkills: Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
  • DrivingLicense: Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license
  • SoftSkills: Teamwork, persistence, and ability to work under pressure
