Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Property Management Support: Provides support in the implementation of procedures related to real estate management, facility maintenance, and investment projects.
  • Documentation Management: Assists in the proper archiving, storage, and updating of technical documentation for facilities, as well as documentation related to property ownership and asset management.
  • Database Maintenance: Participates in creating and maintaining electronic databases of documentation and data for all company facilities.
  • Service Provider Coordination: Supports the maintenance of databases related to service providers, contracts, periodic inspections, servicing activities, and regular maintenance work for facilities and equipment.
  • HSE Documentation: Maintains records and archives documentation related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Fire Protection, and Environmental Protection.
  • Compliance Support: Assists in the preparation and alignment of documentation and internal regulations related to OHS, Fire Protection, and Environmental Protection.
  • Record Keeping: Maintains records, participates in the analysis, and archives expert reports, certificates, and other legally required documentation.
  • Meeting Administration: Prepares, distributes, and archives meeting minutes and protocols related to the design, construction, reconstruction, and furnishing of company facilities.
  • Cost Tracking: Maintains records of costs related to investment projects, reconstruction works, construction activities, and facility furnishing.
  • Procurement Support: Participates in administrative activities related to minor procurement processes and the ordering of goods and services in accordance with established procedures.

Qualification requirements

  • Education: Final-year university students or recent graduates in Technical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Organisational Sciences, or Economics.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English Language Skills: Active command of the English language.
  • Driving Licence: Category B driving licence is considered an advantage.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and systematic approach to work.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Well-developed communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
