Possible Tasks within this Role
• Representation – Acts on behalf of the company in enforcement, criminal, bankruptcy, and misdemeanor proceedings before courts and public authorities under the supervision of the manager;
• Drafting of Submissions – Prepares motions for enforcement, criminal complaints, written defenses, claims and separation requests, submissions, and various written statements related to enforcement, criminal, bankruptcy, administrative, and misdemeanor proceedings, and keeps accurate records of cases under managerial supervision;
• Litigation Support – Prepares documentation for initiating litigation proceedings, cooperates with external attorneys, monitors the progress of litigation cases, and maintains accurate records;
• External Partner Monitoring – Monitors and provides monthly reports on the work of attorneys, private enforcement officers, and other external partners;
• Contract Drafting – Drafts templates of standard contracts as well as non‑standard contracts;
• Regulatory Documentation – Prepares corporate and other documentation required by the National Bank, the Business Registers Agency, and other competent authorities, records and archives such documentation;
• Legal Support – Provides legal support to all organizational units of the company;
• Regulatory Compliance – Monitors regulations and ensures alignment of company documentation with legislative changes;
• Process Improvement – Improves existing and develops new, more efficient legal solutions;
• Internal Acts – Prepares proposals and amendments to internal acts;
• Operational Assistance – Provides operational support to the head of the legal department, the AML/CFT officer, and the data protection officer;
Qualification requirements
- University degree (Faculty of Law).
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum two years of experience in the same or similar positions.
