Possible Tasks within this Role
- Technical Excellence & Vehicle Systems Expertise: Performing service, maintenance, and repair work on Porsche vehicles (mechanical systems, electrics and electronics of the latest vehicle generations, including basic high-voltage technology), while consistently following all relevant manufacturer technical guidelines and technical support instructions, and mandatorily using all available systems, tools, diagnostic aids, and equipment.
- Diagnostic Precision & Analytical Problem Solving: Carrying out diagnostic procedures on vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using appropriate devices and tools (e.g. brake system tester, exhaust emissions tester, oscilloscope, PIWIS Tester).
- Quality, Accuracy & Compliance Orientation: Consistent adherence to manufacturer technical guidelines, repair procedures, and documentation standards with a strong focus on first‑time‑right quality.
- Professional Use of Tools, Systems & Equipment: Confident and responsible use of Porsche-approved workshop equipment, diagnostic systems, special tools, and digital support systems.
- Responsibility & Reliable Service Documentation: Clear, accurate service findings, technical reports, and repair recommendations ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Continuous Learning & Performance Development: Commitment to ongoing qualification through Porsche AG, importer, and employer training programs, reflecting a mindset of constant performance improvement.
Qualification requirements
- Education: minimum Level III vocational qualification, preferably with an educational background in mechatronics.
- Experience: at least 4 years of professional experience working as a mechatronics technician, preferably with premium and luxury vehicle brands.
- Language: knowledge of the English language.
- IT: proficiency in MS Office.
- Driving licence: valid Category B driver’s license.
