Possible Tasks within this Role
- ensuring compliance of the company activity with law and regulations (including monitorization of new regulations and other normative acts)
- draft and revise contractual documentation or other legal acts for clients and suppliers;
- ensures representation of the company in relation with authorities and other institutions;
- participate in negotiations and assists and represents the company based and within the limits of the mandate granted by the management;
- analyze and draft answers for conciliations, complaints, authorities requests;
- ensures the relation and coordination with the lawyers;
- manage the original documents assigned according to the procedures in force;
- collaborates with other departments for elaboration of the relevant regulations, orders necessary in the company activity.
Qualification requirements
- Law degree;
- Experience 3-6 years: Legal/Commercial/Financial services
