Possible Tasks within this Role
- Manage early and scheduled terminations of operational leasing, medium-term rental, and service contracts.
- Monitor the process of sending information letters to customers regarding vehicle returns.
- Prepare reports on contracts reaching the end of their contractual term to identify vehicles that have not been returned, take the necessary steps to ensure their return, and calculate late-return penalties.
- Prepare reports on closed contracts to identify missing repair estimates and request the necessary documentation from the dealers holding the vehicles.
- Prepare the final settlement calculation and send the invoice to the customer.
- Prepare early termination calculations in accordance with the agreed framework agreement.
- Invoice advance instalments as part of the contract termination process.
Qualification requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s degree)
- Intermediate level of English
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
