RESPONSIBILITIES:
- support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts
- assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- perform ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making
- ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
- support internal and external audit processes
- collaborate with different departments to gather and analyse financial data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting (internships included)
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
- ability to prepare clear and structured presentations
- understanding of basic accounting principles
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good command of English (written and spoken)
- motivation to develop in financial controlling, reporting, and business analysis
- willingness to learn and work with financial data in a dynamic business environment

- knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
- experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
